Set Goals
Determine what you want from this trade show - how many new leads, how many new distributors, how many new sales reps, dollar volume of sales, etc.

Choose Your Booth Space Carefully
Select booth space early for best location. Learn who and where your competitors are.

Use Expo Promotions
Make use of all pre-show promotions. Sixty-seven percent of the attendees will come because an exhibitor invites them, so do your part to insure a successful show.

Read the Exhibitor Manual
Save money and aggravation at the show by reading your exhibitor kit thoroughly and ordering all services early.

Make A Checklist
Include everything you need to do and take: nails, staples, tape, extra light bulbs, specific tools needed, etc. The little things can become big aggravations if you don't have them when you need them.

Be Inviting
An attendee will form an impression about your company within 13 seconds of seeing your booth. Stand, don't sit. Keep your booth open; tables or stands at the edge of your booth block customers out.

Be Prepared
Make sure all booth personnel have the product knowledge they need. Offer show specials. Present new products and new technologies.

Make Move-Out Easy
Prepare all bill of ladings properly and get them into the right hands.

Follow Up Quickly
Send out requested materials to show leads.

Complete Your Survey
Complete your after-the-show survey as soon as possible while your thoughts and feelings are fresh. Your input helps TSI continually improve the shows and the services we provide for exhibitors.
